Sweepstakes & Meta Lead Form Opt-In

When entering a sweepstakes via a Meta (Facebook or Instagram) Lead Ad, recurring marketing text messages are offered through a separate, optional consent. Entering the sweepstakes does not opt entrants into marketing texts. The form displays the following:
