1to1 Home Appointments is a home improvement concierge service that vets and matches homeowners with qualified, verified contractor partners. We do not perform construction or home improvement services ourselves. We act as a referral and matching service connecting you with independent third-party contractors.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and a legal resident of the United States to use our services. By using our website, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
3. SMS / Text Message Terms
3.1 Consent to Receive SMS
When you check the optional SMS consent box on our contact form and provide your phone number, you provide express written consent to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages from 1to1 Home Appointments at the phone number you provide. Checking the box is optional — submitting the form without it does not opt you in, and consent is not a condition of any purchase or service.

While we conduct a rigorous vetting process, we do not guarantee the quality, timeliness, or outcome of any contractor's work.
