Method 1 — Online Entry (Free)
Complete the entry form at 1to1homeappointments.com during the Entry Period by providing your name, phone number, and zip code.
Method 2 — Mail-In Entry (Free Alternative)
Hand print your full name, mailing address, phone number, zip code, and "BATHROOM MAKEOVER SWEEPSTAKES" on a 3" × 5" card and mail it to:
Mail-in entries must be postmarked during the Entry Period and received within 7 days of the close date.
Limit: One (1) entry per person per household, regardless of method. Multiple entries will be disqualified.
Grand Prize (1 winner)
A bathroom remodel/makeover with an approximate retail value (ARV) of up to $15,000 USD, provided by a participating contractor in the winner's service area.
The scope of work will be determined following the winner's in-home consultation with the participating contractor.
One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period, conducted within 14 days after the Entry Period closes.
The potential winner will be notified by phone and/or email. If the winner cannot be contacted within 5 business days or fails to respond, an alternate winner may be selected.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if any fraud, technical failure, or other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs its integrity.
By entering, participants agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Entries generated by script, macro, or other automated means are void.
Information collected will be used to administer the Sweepstakes and, where permitted, to contact you about home improvement services in your area. Recurring marketing text messages require a separate optional marketing SMS opt-in and are not required to enter or win. Handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your personal information to unaffiliated third parties.
As a condition of participating, entrant agrees that any disputes shall be resolved individually, without resort to class action. This Sweepstakes shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
