1to1 Home Appointments is a home improvement concierge service that vets and matches homeowners with qualified, verified contractor partners. We do not perform construction or home improvement services ourselves. We act as a referral and matching service connecting you with independent third-party contractors.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and a legal resident of the United States to use our services. By using our website, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3. SMS / Text Message Terms

3.2 Message Details

• Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and engagement
• Cost: Message and data rates may apply as determined by your mobile carrier. We are not responsible for any carrier charges
• Type: Customer-care texts may include appointment scheduling, reminders, contractor matching information, and service updates. Marketing texts may include promotional offers and home improvement tips, and are sent only after separate marketing opt-in

3.3 Opt-Out Rights

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by:

• Replying STOP to any text message you receive

Marketing consent is not a condition of purchase or service.

3.4 Automated Dialing Consent (TCPA)

By providing your phone number and checking an optional SMS checkbox, you expressly consent to receive the category of text messages covered by that checkbox from 1to1 Home Appointments, including messages sent using an automatic telephone dialing system (ATDS) or pre-recorded/artificial voice messages, at the wireless phone number you provided. Marketing texts require the separate marketing SMS checkbox.

1to1 Home Appointments connects you with independent third-party contractors. We do not employ these contractors and are not a party to any agreement between you and a contractor. Any work performed, pricing, warranties, or disputes related to contractor work are solely between you and the contractor.

While we conduct a rigorous vetting process, we do not guarantee the quality, timeliness, or outcome of any contractor's work.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of 1to1 Home Appointments LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws.

7. Disclaimers
